Feral Community

Our Story

We didn’t set out to start a brand.
We just wanted something more.

It started on a hike to Pickens Nose in October 2023. No grand plan, just two women talking about what it would look like to build a life that felt more like us. We’d both spent years trying to squeeze into spaces that didn’t fit—too weird, too loud, too sensitive, too much. We were craving something different.

We knew we wanted to get outside more. We wanted to connect. We wanted to help other people feel less alone in whatever they were going through. So we started dreaming—and then we started doing.

Feral House was built out of those conversations. It’s messy, imperfect, and real. And it’s ours.

What the Hell is Feral House Collective?

Feral House
isn’t a store.
It’s not a hiking club.
It’s not a self-help brand.

It’s all of that.
And none of it.

Feral House is a space for women and anyone who’s ever felt like they were too much, not enough, or just… different.

The ones who feel like our society wasn’t really built for them. The ones who never quite fit in. The ones who lost pieces of themselves in marriage or motherhood or burnout. The ones who are tired of pretending and ready to grow wild again.

We want to help women feel more confident getting outside. Whether it’s going on their first solo hike or just figuring out what to pack, the outdoors shouldn’t feel intimidating.
It should feel like home.

We’re not trying to be influencers or experts. We’re just two friends building the thing we needed. A community rooted in honesty, curiosity, and showing up as you are.

Connect with self. Connect with others. Connect with nature.
That’s the whole thing. That’s Feral.

What

We Do

  • We go on hikes to see pretty things. Then we drive to a little mountain town, find coffee, people watch, maybe buy a rock or a sticker. That’s kind of our rhythm. We share the trails we love and the places we end up after, so you can make a day of it too.

  • We like creating little moments that bring people together.
Sometimes that means a sound bath under an old oak tree. Sometimes it’s planting herbs or hiking at sunrise or sitting in a circle talking about life. We keep it casual and welcoming, always. Just a reason to show up, slow down, and feel connected.

  • This is where we overshare.

It’s part field guide, part coffee fueled brain dump. You’ll find hikes, road trip stops, places to get a solid latte, and way too many personal stories. Between the two of us, we’ve gotten lost more times than we can count and we’re probably going to write about all of them.

If you want to laugh, cry, or accidentally end up in a new mountain town on a Tuesday, Notes is a good place to start.

  • We thought it’d be cool to have shirts. So we made some.
    We’ll probably make more things.

  • We’re not trying to be everything to everyone. We’re just creating the kind of space we’ve always looked for.

Somewhere to feel a little less alone. Somewhere to connect, explore, ask questions, and be around people who get it.

This isn’t about fitting in. It’s about finding your people.

Breathe Beneath the Branches

Take a breath. Under the oak trees. With us.
Breathe Beneath the Branches is a breathwork workshop hosted by Feral House and Cultivate Health at Spring Bank Park in Kingston GA. It’s a quiet reset — space to breathe deep, get present, and let go of whatever’s been sitting heavy. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

Feral Hearts Club

If you’re here, you’re in.

That’s what we call the people who make this whole thing what it is. The ones who come to our events, read the blog, go on the hikes, wear the shirts, and actually care about building something real. You don’t have to sign up or do anything special.
Just be a part of this with us.
